तांदळाच्या पिठाचे वेफर्स बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• १ कप पाणी
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• थोडीशी हळद
• १ कप तांदळाचं पीठ
• तळण्यासाठी तेल
• लाल तिखट
• १/४ चमचा चाट मसाला
• सैंधव मीठ

Rice flour chips is a very easy and simple recipe. It can be easily made from the ingredients easily available in your pantry. It tastes just awesome and becomes nice, crunchy. These have shelf life of a month so can be stored easily. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup Water
• Salt to taste
• A little Turmeric powder
• 1 cup Rice flour
• Oil for frying
• Red chili powder
• 1/4 tsp Chat masala
• Rock salt

Method:
• Heat up a pan on medium heat.
• Add water and bring it to boil.
• When water boils well add salt, turmeric powder and mix well.
• Add rice flour and mix well.
• Turn off the gas.
• Cover and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
• When the mixture cools down well take it out into a dish and knead it well like dough.
• Divide the dough into 2 portions and make one of it nice and smooth.
• Put it on the wax paper and cover it with another wax paper.
• Roll it well with rolling pin as thin as possible.
• When it is rolled evenly remove the lower side wax paper and replace it again.
• Take off the upper side wax paper.
• You can use plastic sheet in place of wax paper.
• Prick it with a fork and cut it into any shape you want.
• Transfer the pieces into a plate.
• Heat up a pan on medium heat.
• Drop the chips into hot oil and fry well on medium heat from both sides.
• When the chips are fried well from both the sides, take them out, drain excess oil and transfer
them into a dish.
• Sprinkle red chili powder, chat masala, rock salt on the chips when hot and toss quickly.
• Rice flour chips are all ready.
• You can store them in airtight container when these cool down completely.
• These have shelf life of about a month.

  • hi , मी तुमचे मसाले मगवलेले. एकदम भन्नाट आणि अप्रतिम आहेत मी आजच गोडा मसाला try केला घरात सगळयांना खूप आवडला . तुमचे मसाले मला खूप खूप आवडतात मी माझ्या सगळ्या मैत्रिणी , बहिणी ,आई सगळ्यांना suggest करते तुमचे मसाले use करायला कारण की ते preservative free आहेत.
