Tandoori chai!! You must be wondering what is this!! You must have heard about tandoori chicken or roti. But Chai!! Yes.. This is Pune special recipe. The tandoori chai that we are making has got actual charcoal flavour. Do try this amazing chai during this monsoon and let me know through your comments. You also can like, share and comment.

Ingredients:
• 4~5 Pieces of Charcoal
• 1 cup Water
• 2 tsp Tea powder
• 4 tsp Sugar
• 1/2 tsp Chai masala
• 2 cup Milk
• 2 Earthen pots

Method:
• Place a jail that we use to roast papad or fulka on the gas.
• Place charcoal pieces on the jail and heat them up for about 4-5
minutes.
• Heat up water in a pot.
• Add tea powder, sugar and bring it to boil.
• When the tea boils well add chai masala and boil it again for
about 2-3 minutes more.
• Put the earthen pots on the charcoal to heat up.
• Add milk and boil it well.
• Strain the tea.
• Heat up a pan for about 2-3 minutes.
• Take the hot earthen pots off on the pan.
• Pour the tea out into the earthen pots and then into the pan.
• Place earthen pots on some hot surface & not on cool platform.
• Pour the tea into cups and tandoori chai is already.

Tips:
• Do not place hot earthen pots on cool surface.
• If you don’t have charcoal then heat up the earthen pots directly
on the gas and then pour out the chai in it.
