With Makar Sankrant round the corner, tilache ladoo is a must recipe. We already seen lot many Sankrant special recipes like gul poli, tilachi vadi, tilache ladoo, tilachi mau vadi, shenga poli etc. Here is another til ladoo for which we are not making any syrup. This is very easy and simple recipe. These turn out really crispy and soft, just melt in mouth. You can try this recipe this year and drop a comment for me. Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup Peanuts
• 1 cup white Sesame seeds
• 1/2 cup dry shredded Coconut
• 1 cup Gudh / Jaggery
• 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
• 1/4 tsp Nutmeg powder
• 1/2 tsp Ghee

Method:
• Heat up a pan on medium heat.
• Add peanuts and roast them well.
• Transfer the roasted peanuts into a blender jar.
• You can peel the peanuts of you want.
• Reduce the heat to low and in the same pan add sesame seeds.
• Roast sesame seeds on low heat really good until the color changes to golden.
• Transfer the sesame seeds into a bowl.
• In the same pan add dry coconut and roast it a little.
• When the coconut changes the color a little, turn off the gas and transfer it into another bowl.
• Add gudh into the blender jar and pulse it a little to make coarse powder.
• In the same blender jar add roasted sesame seeds, roasted coconut and pulse it.
• Add cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and pulse again.
• Transfer the mixture into a dish and add ghee.
• Mix well and roll ladoos from the mixer.
• If the mixture is too dry, transfer it into a pan and heat it a little.
