Dry fruit ladoo is a very tasty and healthy recipe. This recipe is best during winter. We are not using sugar or gudh in this recipe. Lot may dry fruits are used along with fenugreek seeds and edible gondh. This recipe is very easy to make and really healthy. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Ingredients:
• 4~5 tsp Ghee
• 1 tbsp Dink / Edible Gondh
• Chopped Cashew nuts
• Chopped Almonds
• Chopped Walnuts
• 1 tbsp Poppy seeds
• 1 tsp white Sesame seeds
• 1 tsp Jawas / Flax seeds
• 1/4 cup Raisins
• 1 tsp Ghee
• 1/2 cup grated dry Coconut
• 1/4 cup Wheat flour
• 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds
• 2 tsp Ghee
• 1 cup chopped Dates
• 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
• Pistachios slices

Method:
• Heat up a pan on medium heat and add ghee.
• When ghee is hot enough add dink and fry it well. It should puff up nicely.
• Adding dink is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
• Take the fried dink out into a dish.
• In the same ghee add cashew nuts, almonds, walnuts, poppy seeds, sesame seeds and fry
everything well together for just 2 minutes.
• When it is roasted a little add flax seeds, raisins and fry everything together until raisins puff
up really good.
• Transfer the roasted dry nuts into a dish.
• In the same pan add ghee, dry coconut and fry until it gets nice golden color.
• Transfer the roasted coconut into the roasted dry fruits.
• In the same pan add ghee, wheat flour and roast until it gets nice golden color.
• Adding wheat flour is optional. You can skip it or use soya bean flour or bajra flour.
• Transfer the roasted wheat flour into the dish.
• Reduce the heat to lowest possible setting and add fenugreek seeds in the same pan.
• Fry fenugreek seeds for just a minute.
• Adding fenugreek seeds is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
• Transfer the roasted fenugreek seeds into the roasted dink.
• In the same pan add ghee, dates and fry until dates turns soft and comes together like dough.
• You can use kharik powder in place of dates.
• If you are using kharik powder then take 1/2 gudh, add 2 tsp water and make syrup. Try to use
organic gudh.
• Transfer the roasted dates into the dry fruits dish.
• Pound the roasted fenugreek seeds in mortar and pestle into powder.
• Transfer the fenugreek powder into the dry fruits.
• Pound the fried dink in the mortar and pestle into powder.
• Transfer the powder into dry fruits.
• Add cardamom powder into the mixture and mix everything well together.
• You can add nutmeg powder too if you want.
• Roll ladoos from the mixture and garnish with pistachios slices.
• Dry fruit ladoos are all ready.
• You can store these ladoo in an airtight container for about 2-3 months.
