With Diwali round the corner you must be thinking about new innovative and easy recipes. While making rava ladoo, there are always chances that sugar syrup doesn’t get the required consistency ot rava is not properly roasted and you just can’t make nice rava ladoos. Today we will make instant rava mawa ladoos in which you don’t need to roast rava, make syrup, nothing. And the ladoo will be just perfect. Ingredients:
• 1 cup Fine Rava / Sooji
• 1 cup shredded fresh Coconut
• 1 cup shredded Khava / Khoya / Mawa
• 1 cup Powdered Sugar
• 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
Method:
• Take a cooker pot and add rava, coconut and khoya.
• Mix everything well together.
• Heat up water in a cooker and put a dish at its base.
• Transfer the pot on the dish and cover it.
• Close the lid of the cooker and remove the whistle.
• Steam the mixture on medium heat for about 15-20 minutes.
• Turn off the gas and let the mixture be in the cooker for another
30-45 minutes.
• Take the pot out, transfer the mixture into a dish and loosen the
mixture.
• Add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and mix well.
• Make small balls of mixture with your hands while mixing so that
sugar will begin to release the moisture.
• You can pulse the mixture 3-4 times in food processor to speed
up the process.
• Roll the ladoo and garnish them as you want.
• You can also skip garnishing. Rava mawa ladoo are already.
