Today’s recipe is bina pakache tilache ladoo. Bina pakache means without making jaggery syrup. While making til ladoo, every one faces two problems. One is making jaggery syrup and another is rolling hot mixture into ladoos. Today, we will overcome both of your problems and make soft and delicious ladoos. This is a very easy and simple recipe. We already have seen different til ladoo recipes. This is yet another simple and easy addition to the list. With Makar Sankranti round the corner, you must be looking for Makar Sankranti special recipes. This is one of them. Ingredients:
• 1 cup / 100 gm Jaggery
• 1 cup / 150 gm white Sesame seeds
• 1/2 cup / 75 gm Peanuts
• 1 tbsp Water
• 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
• A pinch of Nutmeg powder
Method:
• Heat up water in a pan and place a stand in it.
• Place an empty pot on the stand and pour the jaggery into it.
• Boil the water until jaggery melts or turns nice and soft.
• Heat up a pan on medium heat and add sesame seeds.
• Roast sesame seeds on low heat until they get light golden color and take them out into a dish.
• Heat up a pan on medium heat and add peanuts.
• Roast peanuts on low heat until they get nice reddish color and take them out into a dish.
• Peel the peanuts once they cool down and remove the skin.
• Blend the peanuts into coarse powder in mixer and add sesame seeds.
• Blend it well together into coarse powder.
• Add the jaggery and blend it together into homogenous mixture.
• Transfer the mixture into a kadhai and roast it well together on low heat for just about 5 minutes.
• When jaggery begins to melt, add water and mix well.
• Cook it well until the mixture comes together like dough.
• Turn the gas off and add few leftover roasted sesame seeds.
• Mix everything well together.
• Add cardamom powder and nutmeg powder and mix well.
• Take the mixture out into a dish and roll ladoos from it. Tilache ladoo are ready.
• You can make 30 medium size ladoos from the ingredients used.
