Let’s see how to make upwasache healthy rajgira ghavan today. This is a very easy and simple recipe. If you are bored of having the same khichadi or varai, then this is a good option for you. If you want to male something quick and healthy then this is the recipe for you. It needs very few ingredients and you can make it in a jiffy. We are adding pumpkin to make it healthier. Ingredients:
• 1 cup Rajgira flour
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
• 125 gm grated Pumpkin
• Green chili paste
• Water as needed
• Ghee
Method:
• Mix rajgira flour, salt, cumin seeds, pumpkin, green chili paste well together in a bowl and add a
little water at a time to make pouring consistency batter.
• You can use potato or sweet potato in place of pumpkin.
• Heat up a pan on medium heat and spread ghee on it.
• You can use oil in place of ghee.
• Add ladleful batter on the pan to make ghavan.
• Cover and cook the ghavan for about a minute.
• Remove the lid and cook well until lower side id cooked well.
• Flip over the ghavan and roast the ghavan well from other side too. Upwasache rajgira ghavan is
ready.
• You can have it as it is or serve with upwas chutney or koshimbir.
