Burger is all time favorite recipe. We are making this burger on a tawa or skillet. We are not frying it or we don’t need oven too. It tastes just awesome and is very easy to make. It is healthy too as the filling is made from paneer. This is similar to masala pav. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.
Ingredients:
• 2 tsp Butter
• Finely chopped Onion
• Dabur homemade Ginger-Garlic paste
• Finely chopped Capsicum
• 1 Finely chopped Tomato
• 1 tsp Schezwan sauce
• Red chili powder
• Salt to taste
• Paneer cubes
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
• Burger bun
• Butter
Method:
• Heat up a pan on medium heat and add butter.
• Add finely chopped onion and fry well.
• When onion turns light golden add Dabur homemade ginger-garlic paste and fry for about 2
minutes.
• Add capsicum and fry for 2 minutes.
• Add tomato and fry until tomato cooks soft.
• Add Schezwan sauce, red chili powder and fry for another 2 minutes.
• If you feel the mixture is too dry then you can a about spoonful water in it.
• Add salt and mix well. Add paneer cubes and mix well.
• Cook for about just 3-4 minutes.
• Add coriander leaves and mix well. Burger masala is all ready.
• Cut the burger bun and cut it across. Do not cut through out.
• Leave a side closed. Make a pocket.
• Fill the burger masala into the pocket.
• Heat up a skillet on medium heat and add butter.
• When butter melts a little turn the gas to low heat and add a little red chili powder, coriander
leaves.
• Mix well and fry for about 30-40 seconds.
• Place the burger on the masala and fry it well from both sides.
• When one side is fried a little flip, it over and fry from other side too.
• Coat the burger well with masala from all sides take it off into a dish.
• You can serve this burger with Dabur homemade kalonji tamatar chutney.
