Eggless vanilla cake is a very easy and simple recipe. We are not using any baking powder or baking soda or curd. The thing that we are using in place of baking powder or soda is the combination of both, is easily available and gives fantastic texture to the cake. The cream used for this cake can be made from few ingredients easily available in your pantry. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 1/2 cup powdered Sugar
• 1/4 cup Oil
• 3~4 drops Vanilla essence
• 1 cup Maida
• 1 tsp Eno fruit salt
• 1 tsp Milk
• 1/2 cup Water
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup unsweetened Cocoa powder
• A drop of Vanilla essence
• 1 tsp Oil
• Water
• Sugar
• Finely chopped Walnuts
• Few Choco chips
• Few Silver balls

Method:
• Take milk in a bowl and add powdered sugar, oil, vanilla essence. Mix everything well together.
• Place a strainer on the bowl and sieve maida into the mixture.
• Mix maida well into the mixture.
• Add Eno fruit salt, milk to activate eno and mix in quickly.
• Take a baking tray and line it up with wax paper at the base.
• Pour the batter into the tray and spread it evenly.
• Tap the tray really good.
• Add a thin layer of salt at the base of a cooker and preheat it on medium heat for 10 minutes.
• Remove the rubber ring and whistle of the cooker.
• Place en empty tin at the base of the cooker and the cake tin on it.
• Close the lid and bake the cake on medium heat for about 15-20 minutes.
• You can bake the cake in oven at 180 Deg C for about 15-20 minutes.
• Heat up a pan on medium heat.
• Add water, sugar and mix well.
• Boil until sugar melts. When sugar melts add unsweetened cocoa powder and mix well.
• Cook until the syrup thickens up really good.
• After cooking the syrup for about 2-3 minutes the syrup begins to thinks up.
• At this stage add vanilla essence, oil and mix well.
• Turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down.
• Oil gives nice glaze so don’t skip it.
• You can use butter in place of oil.
• Open the lid of the cooker and check with tooth pick.
• If it comes out clean the cake is baked well.
• When cake cools down completely loosen the edges and flip the cake over into a dish.
• Dissolve sugar in water to make sugar syrup.
• Spread the sugar syrup on the cake.
• Add the cream and spread it evenly.
• Garnish with walnuts along the edge and with choco chips and sliver balls at the center.
• Eggless vanilla cake is all ready.
