Palak ghavane is a very easy and simple recipe. So far we have seen 2-3 types of ghavane, amboli etc. Today we will make ghavane a little healthier by adding spinach to it. Try this quick and healthy breakfast and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.
Ingredients:
• 1 cup Water
• 1 cup Spinach leaves
• 3~4 Garlic cloves
• 2~3 Green chilies
• Chopped Ginger
• 1 cup Rice flour
• Salt to taste
• Lemon juice
• Water
• Oil
Method:
• Heat up water in a pan.
• Add spinach leaves and blanch it for just about 2-3 minutes.
• Turn off the gas and let palak cool down a little.
• Transfer the spinach leaves into a blender jar and add garlic,
green chilies, ginger and blend everything into puree.
• Take rice flour into a bowl and add palak puree.
• Add salt, lemon, water and mix well.
• No lumps of rice flour should be formed.
• The batter should have runny consistency.
• Heat up a pan on medium heat.
• Brush a little oil on it.
• Start making ghavan from the edge of the pan and end up at the
center.
• Cover and cook for about 1-2 minutes.
• Remove the lid and cook until lower side gets golden color.
• You can add a little oil along the edges if you want.
• Flip over and cook well from other side too.
• Ghavan is already.
• Take it off into a serving dish.
• You can have these ghavane with any chutney or sauce.
• It tastes good as it is.
