Let’s make healthy and tasty anda paratha today. This is a very easy and simple recipe. It is full of proteins, carbs and fiber too!! In short this can be a one pot meal!! You can have it for breakfast or as any time snack or a good option for kids’ lunch box. Though we are making paratha, we are not kneading dough. Surprised, aren’t you? But, yes, I will tell you how to do that!! Anither thing is you can keep the batter ready a night before and make the paratha next morning!! How does this sound? Interesting? It not only looks nice but also tastes just awesome. This anda paratha doesn’t need lot many ingredients. You can make it from very few ingredients those are readily available in your pantry. Ingredients:
• 1 Egg
• 1/4 cup Water
• Salt to taste
• Finely chopped Green chili
• Black Peeper powder
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
• 1/4 cup Wheat flour
• Olive oil
• Red chili powder
• Chat masala
• Sweet corn
• Finely chopped Tomato
• Finely chopped Onion
• Finely chopped Capsicum

Method:
• Break an egg in a bowl and water, salt, green chili, black pepper powder and coriander leaves.
• Beat the mixture really good.
• Add wheat flour and mix everything really good.
• If you feel the batter is thick, then add 1-2 tsp water. The batter should have flowing consistency.
• Heat up a pan on medium heat and grease it well with oil.
• You can use any other refined oil in place of olive oil.
• Mix the batter well once and add a ladleful batter in the pan.
• Spread it a little and sprinkle red chili powder, chat masala, sweet corn, tomato, onion and
capsicum.
• Sprinkle a little salt and black pepper powder on the veggies.
• You can use veggies of your choice and spices according to your taste.
• When lower side is roasted well, flip the paratha over and roast it well from other side too.
• When the paratha is roasted well from both sides, take it off on a wire rack. Anda paratha is
ready.
• You can have it as it is or with any sauce or chutney.
• You can make 2 parathas from the proportion we used.
