पौष्टिक आणि चविष्ट पंचामृत केक करण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• १ कप बारीक रवा
• १/२ कप दही
• १/२ कप दूध
• १/२ कप पिठीसाखर
• १/४ कप साजूक तूप
• पिस्त्याचे काप
• १/४ चमचा वेलची पूड
• १ चमचा बेकिंग पावडर

Let’s make healthy and tasty panchamrut cake today. This is a very easy and simple recipe. It not only looks nice but also tastes super delicious. Panchamrut is a sacred mixture according to Hindi tradition. It is a unique blend of 5 ingredients milk, yogurt, honey, ghee and sugar. This cake is eggless and inspired by the rich traditions. It doesn’t need lot many ingredients. You can make it from a very few ingredients those are readily available in your kitchen. This is a delicious version of ghee cake. It turns out nice, soft and spongy. It has a good shelf life. This can be a good option as travelling snack or lunch box option for kids. Try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Ingredients:
• 1 cup fine Rava
• 1/2 cup Curd
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 1/2 cup powdered Sugar
• 1/4 cup Ghee
• Sliced Pistachios

• 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
• 1 tsp Baking powder

Method:
• Mix curd, milk, powdered sugar and ghee well together in a bowl.
• You can use 1/4 cup honey and 1/4 cup powdered sugar in place of 1/2 cup sugar if you want.
• Add rava and mix well.
• Cover and rest the batter for about 15 minutes.
• Add baking powder and cardamom powder and mix in quickly.
• You can use 1 sachet of fruit salt in place of baking powder.
• Line up a tray with butter paper and pour the batter into it.
• You can grease the tin well with ghee in place of butter paper.
• Tap the tray well and garnish with pistachios. Remove the rubber ring and whistle of the cooker.
• Close the lid and preheat the cooker on high heat for 5 minutes.
• Open the lid and place a stand at the base of the cooker and the cake on it.
• Close the lid and bake the cake on medium heat for about 35-40 minutes.
• Check with a knife. If it comes out clean, it means the cake is baked well.
• Let the cake be in the closed cooker for 5 minutes more.
• Preheat the oven at 180 Deg C for 5 minutes and bake the cake at 180 Dec C for about 35-40
minutes.
• Take the tin out and let it cool down completely.
• Loosen the edges with the help of knife and flip it over into a dish.
• Remove the butter paper and panchamrut cake is ready.
• Cut it into pieces and enjoy.
