Coconut burfi or naralachi vadi is a rakshabandhan specila recipe. This is very easy and instant recipe. It is a no cook recipes means we are not using gas or induction for this recipe.This burfi looks nice and tastes simply delicious. We already have seen few coconut burfi recipes. This is another delicious addition to the list. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do no forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup desiccated Coconut
• 1/2 cup Milk powder
• 1/4 cup powdered Sugar
• 2 tsp Milk
• 1/2 cup desiccated Coconut
• 1/2 cup Milk powder
• Rose syrup
• Solver work (optional)

Method:
• Take desiccated coconut and add milk powder, powdered sugar. Mix well.
• If you don’t want to use desiccated coconut then fry the grated fresh coconut a little and use
it.
• Do not use dairy whitener. Use milk powder only.
• Add milk and mix well. Add just enough milk so that the mixture gets binding. One base is
ready.
• You can add khas syrup or mango syrup in this base according to your taste. The in that case
no need to add sugar.
• For making another base take desiccated coconut and add milk powder. Mix well.
• Add rose syrup and mix well. Add just enough rose syrup so that the mixture gets binding.
Another rose flavoured base is ready.
• Divide the first base into 2 portions and make 2 similar rolls from it.
• Press them a little to give square shape.
• Transfer it into freeze for about 10 minutes to set.
• Repeat the same process for rose flavoured base.
• When the rolls are set well, take them out.
• Place pink and white bases next to each other on a butter paper and press them well together
to give nice shape.
• Now place pink roll on white roll and on another white roll place pink roll.
• Press them well to give nice shape. You can use butter paper to adjust.
• Tightly wrap the butter paper around the burfi rolls and press well from all sides so that the
burfi gets nice shape.
• Seal the edges and transfer the roll into freeze for at least 30 minutes to set.
• Take the roll out and remove the butter paper.
• Decorate the burfi with solver work and cut it into pieces. Coconut burfi is all ready.
• Using silver work is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
