Masala pav is an all time favourite street food. This is the best way to finish your left over bread or pav. A good alternative for bread upma. A little healthier and using less oil. This tastes just awesome. Do try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 4 Bread slices
• 2 tsp Oil
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
• 1 cup finely chopped Onion
• 1 finely chopped Tomato
• 1/2 finely chopped Capsicum
• 1 tsp Butter
• 1 tsp Pav bhaji masala
• Red chili powder to taste
• Salt to taste
• 3~4 tsp Water
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves

Method:
• Cut the bread slices into big square pieces.
• You can remove the edges if you want.
• Heat up oil in a pan.
• Add cumin seeds and let it splutter.
• Add onion and fry until it gets light golden color.
• Add tomato, capsicum and fry for about 2-3 minutes.
• Add butter, pav bhaji masala, red chili powder, salt and mix well.
• Butter gives nice taste to masala pav. Do not skip butter.
• Fry the masala for about 2-3 minutes.
• Add water and mix well.
• Cook the masala for about 2-3 minutes.
• Add bread pieces and mix everything really good.
• Fry everything well for about 4-5 minutes.
• When bread gets a little crisp add coriander leaves and mix well.
• Tawa masala pav is all ready.
