• लेट्युसची पानं (ऐच्छिक)
• बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर
• बारीक किसलेला लसूण चवीपुरता
• १/२ चमचा सैंधव मीठ
• १/२ चमचा जिरं पूड
• लाल तिखट
• लिंबाचा रस
• १ चमचा ऑलिव्ह ऑइल

With the start of new year, many resolutions must be made by many people. Weight loss, to be fit, healthy, are few of them. Here is a recipe that will help you to achieve your goals. This salad is not only healthy but also quick and easy. It tastes just awesome and you can have it as breakfast or even lunch too. Do try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Ingredients:
• Black beans
• Boiled Corns
• Finely chopped red Capsicum
• Finely chopped yellow Capsicum
• Finely chopped green Capsicum
• Finely chopped Cucumber
• Finely chopped, deseeded Tomato
• Lettuce leaves (Optional)
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
• Finely grated Garlic to taste
• 1/2 tsp Rock salt
• 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
• Red chili powder
• Lemon juice
• 1 tsp Olive oil

Method:
• Wash black beans really good and soak in enough water overnight.
• Next morning cook it in cooker until 4-5 whistles.
• Don’t cook beans too soft. They must retain their shape.
• Add boiled corns, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, green capsicum, cucumber, tomato, lettuce
leaves, coriander leaves, garlic, rock salt, cumin powder, red chili powder, lemon juice, olive oil
and mix everything well together.
• You can skip lettuce leaves if you don’t like.
• You can add spring onion if you want.
• You can use garlic powder in place of fresh garlic.
• Rainbow salad is all ready.
• You can store this in freeze for about 4-5 days.
• You also can store it in small container or zip lock bag to pack it for lunch box.
