झटपट फ्राईड राईस बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• २ चमचे तेल
• बारीक चिरलेली लसूण
• बारीक चिरलेलं आलं
• कांद्याचे काप
• बारीक चिरलेल्या हिरव्या मिरच्या
• गाजराचे तुकडे
• फरसबीचे तुकडे
• चिरलेली ढोबळी मिरची
• शिजलेला भात
• १ चमचा सोया सॉस
• मिरपूड
• बारीक चिरलेला कोबी
• चिरलेली कांद्याची पात

Veg fried rice can be a good variation to your regular pulao. Boiled rice is stir fried with veggies in a frying pan or wok. This can be a one dish meal. It is a healthy dish as it contains veggies too. Give it a try and write to me. You can also like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 2 tsp Oil
• Finely chopped Garlic
• Finely chopped Ginger
• Sliced Onion
• Chopped Green chilies
• Chopped Carrot
• Chopped beans
• Chopped Capsicum
• Cooked Rice
• 1 tsp Soya sauce
• Black Pepper powder
• Sliced Cabbage
• Chopped spring Onion

Method:
• Heat up oil in a pan and add garlic, ginger.
• Fry together for few seconds and add onion.
• Fry onion for a few seconds and add green chilies, carrot, beans, capsicum.
• Fry everything for a minute or two.
• Avoid frying longer. Veggies should retain their crunch.
• Add cooked rice, soya sauce, black pepper powder, cabbage and mix well.
• You can add cabbage along with other veggies if you want.
• Fry everything together for about 2-3 minutes.
• Add spring onion and mix well. Fried rice is all ready.
