Gul Papdiche ladoo is a very healthy recipe. This is a very easy and simple recipe. This can be anytime snack for kids. This can be a good lunch box option too. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup dry grated Coconut
• 1 tsp white Sesame seeds
• 1 tsp Poppy seeds
• Assorted dry fruits
• 4 tsp Ghee
• 1 1/2 cup a Wheat flour
• 3/4 cup Jaggery / Gudh (Chikkicha gool)
• Cardamom powder
• Nutmeg powder
• 1/2 cup Ghee (Or as required)

Method:
• Heat up a pan on medium heat.
• Add dry coconut, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dry fruits and roast
on low heat until it gets light golden color.
• Transfer everything into a dish.
• In the same pan, heat up ghee.
• Add wheat flour and roast on low to medium heat until it gets nice
golden color for about 7-8 minutes.
• Transfer the roasted flour into a bowl.
• Add the previously roasted ingredients into the flour and mix well.
• In the same pan add jaggery and let it melt.
• No need to make syrup. But no lumps of gudh should be left
behind.
• Turn off the gas and add cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and
mix well quickly.
• Transfer the melted gudh into the roasted flour and mix quickly.
• Let the mixture cool down a little.
• Mash the mixture well with potato masher so that lumps formed
in it will be broken.
• You can blend it just once in food processor too.
• Add a little ghee in one portion until it gets binding and roll
ladoos.
• Roll ladoos when the mixture is a hot.
• If you don’t want to make ladoo then add gudh immediately after
roasting the flour, mix quickly and make vadi from it.
• These have shelf life of about a month.
