Gawar masala is a very simple and easy recipe. We will make it tastier by adding a special ingredient Maggie Masala-e-magic. This tastes just awesome with Maggie masala-e-magic. Ingredients:
• 250 gm Gawar / Cluster beans
• 1/2 glass Water
• 2 tsp Oil
• 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
• 1/4 tsp Hing / Asafetida
• 8~10 Curry leaves
• 1 cup Finely chopped Onion
• 1 tsp Coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp Goda masala
• 1 tbsp Red chili powder
• 1/2 cup Shredded fresh Coconut
• Salt to taste
• 1 sachet Maggie Masala-e-magic

Method:
• Take Gawar and pluck its stalk.
• Cut it into small pieces and wash gawar really good.
• Take gawar in a pot and add water.
• Put the pot in the pressure cooker and cook on medium heat until
1 whistle.
• Heat up oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
• Add cumin seeds and let them pop up.
• Add hing, curry leaves and finely chopped onion.
• Fry onion on medium heat until it turns light golden.
• Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, goda masala and red
chili powder.
• Mix well and fry for about a minute.
• Add coconut and mix well. You can add peanut powder instead of
coconut.
• Add cooked gawar and mix well.
• Cook for another 5 minutes.
• Add salt to taste and mix well.
• Add Maggie masala-e-magic and mix well.
• Cook for another 2 minutes. Gawar masala is already.
• You can serve this sabzi with chapati, fulka or bhakari.
• This goes well with rice as side dish.
