बाजरीचे वडे बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• १ कप बाजरीचे पीठ
• १/४ कप बेसन
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• १/२ चमचा गरम मसाला
• १ चमचा पांढरे तीळ
• १ चमचा धने पूड
• १/४ चमचा हळद
• लाल तिखट
• १ चमचा साखर
• आलं-लसूण-हिरवी मिरची ठेचा (ऐच्छिक)
• कोथिंबीर
• १/४ कप दही
• १ कप बारीक चिरलेली मेथीची पानं
• पाणी
• तळण्यासाठी तेल

Bajariche vade is a traditional Gujarathi recipe. These become nice & crunchy outside and crispy inside. This can be a good option for evening or tea time snack. This is a type of Gujarathi farsan. You can try this healthy recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup Bajri flour
• 1/4 cup Besan
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp Garam masala
• 1 tsp white Sesame seeds
• 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
• Red chili powder
• 1 tsp Sugar
• Ginger-Garlic-Green chili paste (Optional)
• Coriander leaves
• 1/4 cup Curd
• 1 cup finely chopped Fenugreek leaves
• Water
• Oil for frying

Method:
• Take bajri flour in a dish.
• Add besan, salt, garam masala, sesame seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili
powder, sugar, ginger-garlic-green chili paste, coriander leaves, curd, fenugreek leaves and mix
everything well together.
• You can skip ginger-garlic-green chili paste if you don’t like or can use ginger-green chili paste
instead.
• You can add 1 tsp oil if you want.
• Add a little water at a time and knead medium consistency dough.
• The consistency of the dough should neither be too stiff nor too soft.
• You can make thalipeeth from this dough to make it healthier.
• Take small portion of dough and roll it into flat vade.
• Heat up oil on medium heat.
• Drop vade into hot oil and fry well, kharpus on medium heat from both sides.
• When vade are fried well, kharpus from both sides take them out, drain excess oil and transfer
into a dish.
• Bajariche vade are all ready.
• You can make about 20 small vade form the above proportion.
