सोया चिली बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• २ कप पाणी
• १/२ चमचा मीठ
• १ कप सोया चंक्स
• काळी मिरी पूड
• १/२ चमचा सोया सॉस
• लाल तिखट
• ८~१० चमचे कॉर्न फ्लोअर
• तळण्यासाठी तेल
• १~२ चमचे तेल
• बारीक चिरलेला लसूण
• बारीक चिरलेलं आलं
• कांद्याचे चौकोनी तुकडे
• ढोबळी मिरचीचे चौकोनी तुकडे
• उभी चिरलेली हिरवी मिरची
• १ चमचा चिली सॉस
• १ चमचा टोमॅटो सॉस
• १ चमचा सोया सॉस
• काळी मिरी पूड
• १ चमचा कॉर्न फ्लोअर
• पाणी
• चिरलेला पातीचा कांदा

Soya chili is one of the most requested recipes. It turns out nice, crunchy and delicious. You will get lot many tips and tricks to make perfect restaurant style soya chili. Soya can be a good substitute for chicken or meat. This is very easy and simple recipe. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 2 cups Water
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 cup Soya chunks
• Black pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp Soya sauce
• Red chili powder
• 8~10 tsp Corn flour
• Oil for frying
• 1~2 tsp Oil
• Finely chopped Garlic
• Finely chopped Ginger
• Diced Onion
• Diced Capsicum
• Sliced green chili
• 1 tsp Chili sauce
• 1 tsp Tomato sauce
• 1 tsp Soya sauce
• Black pepper powder
• 1 tsp Corn flour
• Water
• Chopped Spring onion

Method:
• Heat up water in a pan and add salt.
• When water is hot enough add soya chunks and let them be in hot water for 2 minutes.
• Turn off the gas and let them soak in hot water for another 5 minutes.
• Drain all the water from the soya chunks and let them cool down a little.
• Squeeze out as much water as possible from the soya chunks and keep them aside.
• Add black pepper powder, soya sauce, red chili powder and mix well.
• Add corn flour and coat soya chunks well with it.
• Squeeze the chunks a little so that those will release moisture and will get nicely coated with
corn flour.
• You can use maida in place of corn flour.
• Heat up oil on medium heat in a pan and drop the soya chunks in it.
• Fry soya chunks really good on low to medium heat until nice and crispy for about 5-6
minutes.
• Take the chunks out, drain excess oil and transfer into a dish.
• Heat up oil in a pan.
• Add garlic, ginger and fry a little.
• Add onion and fry for about a minute or two.
• Add capsicum, green chili and fry for about a minute.
• Add chili sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce, black pepper powder and mix well.
• Take corn flour and water in a bowl and mix well to make slurry.
• Add the slurry depending on how thick sauce you want and mix well.
• Add fried soya chunks and toss it well quickly in sauce for 2 minutes.
• Add spring onion and mix well.
• Soya chili is all ready.
