away nor everybody s eager to have it. But if you have leftover rice and you make fodanicha masale bhat that I promise you that it will be finished in few seconds. This is very easy and simple recipe that taste just awesome. Do try it and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.
Ingredients:
• 2 tsp Oil
• 2~3 tsp raw Peanuts
• 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
• 1/4 tsp Hing
• 8~10 Curry leaves
• 1~1 1/2 cup finely chopped Onion
• 1 tsp Kanda lasun masala
• Red chili powder
• 2 cups leftover Rice
• Salt to taste
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
• Heat up oil in a pan.
• When oil is hot enough add raw peanuts and fry until peanuts turn
light reddish.
• Take the peanuts out into a dish.
• In the same pan add mustard seeds and let them pop up.
• Add cumin seeds and let it splutter.
• Add hing and let it splutter.
• Add curry leaves and let them pop up.
• Add onion and fry until it gets light golden color.
• Add kanda lasun masala, red chili powder and mix well.
• Add rice, salt and mix well.
• Cover and steam for about 4-5 minutes.
• Remove the lid and add finely chopped coriander leaves.
• Mix well and fodanicha masale bhat is all ready.
• While serving, garnish with fried peanuts & coriander leaves.
