५ वेगवेगळे उपवासाचे पदार्थ बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
उपवास ढोकळा
• ढोकळा प्रिमिक्स
• जरुरीनुसार पाणी
• १ चमचा तेल
• १ चमचा जिरं
• हिरव्या मिरच्या
उपवास डोसा
• डोसा प्रिमिक्स
• जरुरीनुसार पाणी
• साजूक तूप
उपवास थालीपीठ
• थालीपीठ भाजणी
• उकडून मॅश केलेला बटाटा
• जरुरीनुसार पाणी
• भाजलेल्या शेंगदाण्याचं कूट
• साजूक तूप
राजगिऱ्याच्या शिरा
• २ चमचे साजूक तूप
• राजगिऱ्याचं पीठ
• काजू-बदामाचे तुकडे
• गरम पाणी
• चवीनुसार गूळ
• वेलची पूड
उपवास शेव
• १ उकडून मॅश केलेला बटाटा
• १ १/२ कप शिंगाड्याचं पीठ
• लाल तिखट
• जिरेपूड
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• १ चमचा गरम तेल
• तळण्यासाठी तेल

Ingredients:
Upwas Dhokla
• Dhokla premix
• Water as needed
• 1 tsp Oil
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• Slit Green chilies
Upwas Dosa
• Dosa premix
• Water as needed
• Ghee
Upwas Thalipeeth
• Upwas Bhajani
• Boiled and mashed Potato
• Water as needed
• Roasted Peanut powder
Rajgiryacha Sheera
• 2 tsp Ghee
• Rajgira flour
• Gudh to taste
• Cardamom powder
Upwas Shev
• 1 boiled and mashed Potato
• 1 1/2 cup Shingada flour
• Red chili powder
• Cumin powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp hot Oil
• Oil for frying
Method:
• Mix the dhokla premix and water well together in a bowl and steam dhokla on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
• For tadka heat up oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and green chilies.
• Take the dhokla out of the mold and spread the tadka on it.
• Cut it into pieces and dhokla is ready.
Upwas Dosa
• Mix dosa premix and water in a bowl. The batter should have pouring consistency.
• Heat up a pan and spread the batter on it.
• When dosa is almost roasted well from lower side spread ghee on upper side and flip the dosa over.
• When dosa is cooked well from lower side too take it off on a wire rack. Upwas dosa is ready.
Upwas Thalipeeth
• Mix upwas bhajani and boiled potato well together and add water to knead dough.
• You can use curd in place of water.
• Add roasted peanut powder and knead well again.
• Sprinkle bhajani on rolling board and take out small portion from the dough.
• Roll thalipeeth from it.
• Heat up a pan on medium heat and spread ghee.
• Transfer the thalipeeth on it and roast well from both sides.
• When thalipeeth is roasted well from both sides take it off on a wire rack. Upwas thalipeeth is ready.
Rajgiryacha Sheera
• Heat up ghee in a pan and add rahgira flour.
• Roast the flour well until nice aroma is released.
• When the color of the flour changes a little, add dry nuts and roast for another 2 minutes.
• When the color changes, turn the gas to low and add hot water.
• Mix well and add gudh and cardamom powder.
• You can use sugar if you want.
• Mix well and cook until gudh melts. Sheera is ready.
Upwas Shev
• Mix potato, shingada flour, red chili powder, cumin powder, salt and hot oil well together to make dough.
• Avoid use of water while kneading the dough.
• Heat up oil in a pan and roll out shev in it.
• Fry the shev on low heat well from both sides.
• Take the shev out, drain excess oil and transfer it on wire rack. Upwas shev is ready.
