Chinche che panhe is a healthy recipe. If you are suffering from acidity or you have something heavy or oily food on some festivals then this can give you relief. There is a tradition to make this panhe on such festive days. Do try this yummy, tangy recipe and drop a comment for me. You also can like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup Tamarind
• 1 cup Water
• 1/2 cup Gudh / Jaggery
• Roasted Cumin powder
• Salt
• Cool Water

Method:
• Soak tamarind in enough water for at least an hour.
• No need to soak in hot water or boil it.
• Soaking in hot water or boiling changes its color.
• Mash the tamarind really good. You can use masher too.
• Strain the pulp into a bowl.
• Add gudh in the pulp and mix well until odh dissolves.
• Use chopped gudh n not grated one. Chopped gudh dissolves
quickly.
• Try not to blend the mixture in blender as it changes color.
• You can store this mixture for panhe in an air tight glass bottle in
freeze.
• It remains good for about 2-3 weeks.
• Whenever you want to make panhe take the mixture out of the
freeze.
• Take about 2-3 tsp of pulp into a glass.
• In each glass add about 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder, a pinch of
salt, water and mix well.
• Chinche che panhe is all ready.
