सातारा विशेष गावरान थाळी बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
दह्यातली मिरची
• १ चमचा तेल
• १ चमचा जिरं
• पोपटी मिरच्या
• १ चमचा धनेपूड
• १/४ चमचा हळद
• १ चमचा लाल तिखट
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• १ चमचा दही
म्हाद्या
• २ चमचे तेल
• १ चमचा जिरं
• बारीक चिरलेला कांदा
• १ चमचा कांदा लसूण मसाला
• १ चमचा लाल तिखट
• ३ चमचे भाजलेल्या शेंगदाण्याचं कूट
• चवीनुसार मीठ
ज्वारीची भाकरी
• ज्वारीचं पीठ
• चिमूटभर मीठ
• पाणी
उडदाच्या डाळीचं घुटं
• १ चमचा तेल
• वाटण (५~६ लसूण पाकळ्या, ३~४ हिरव्या मिरच्या, १/४ कप किसलेलं सुकं खोबरं आणि कोथिंबीर)
• १/४ चमचा हळद
• १०० ग्रॅम सालीसकट उडदाची डाळ
• पाणी
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• जरुरीनुसार पाणी

Ingredients:
Dahyatali Mirchi
• 1 tsp Oil
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• Light Green chilies
• 1 tsp Coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp Red chili powder
• Salt to taste
Mhadya
• 2 tsp Oil
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• Finely chopped Onion
• 1 tsp Kanda lasun masala
• 1 tsp Red chili powder
• 3 tsp roasted Peanut powder
• Salt to taste
Jwarichi Bhakri
• Jawar flour
• Pinch of Salt
• Water
Udadachya Daliche Ghut
• 1 tsp Oil
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
• Vatan (5~6 Garlic cloves, 3~4 Green chilies, 1/4 cup grated dry Coconut and Coriander
leaves)
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
• 100 gm split Black gram
• Water
• Salt to taste
• Water to adjust the consistency

Method:
Dahyatali Mirchi
• Heat up oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
• Cut off the stem part and cut the green chili into 2 parts.
• Slit the chili and keep it aside.
• When cumin seeds splutter add green chilies and fry for about 3-4 minutes.
• Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and mix well.
• Add curd and mix well.
• Cook it well for about 3-4 minutes and dahyatali mirchi is all ready.
• You can store this in an airtight container in freeze for about a week.
Mhadya
• Heat up oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, onion.
• Fry well until onion gets golden color.
• Add kanda lasun masala, red chili powder and fry well.
• Add roasted peanut powder, salt and mix well.
• You can add a little water if you want.
• Fry it well and mhadya is ready.
Jwarichi Bhakri
• Mix jawar flour, salt well and add a little water at a time to knead soft dough.
• Knead the dough really good and take a small portion from it.
• Make it smooth and even and roll bhakari from it.
• Heat up skillet on medium heat and roast bhakari well on it from both sides. Jwarichi bhakri
is all ready.
Udadachya Daliche Ghut
• Heat up oil in a cooker and add cumin seeds.
• Blend garlic, green chilies, dry coconut, coriander leaves into coarse paste in mixer to make
vatan and add it.
• Fry it well for about 4-5 minutes and add turmeric powder. Mix well.
• Wash split black gram really good 3-4 times and add it. Mix well.
• You can use regular urad dal too.
• Add water, salt and mix well.
• Close the lid and steam on medium heat for 15 minutes.
• You can cook on medium heat until 1 whistle if you want.
• Open the lid and beat the dal well.
• Add water and bring it to boil. Ghut is all ready.
