We already have seen bread recipe that was made from wheat flour. Today we are making bread using maida. It turns out perfectly as the one that we get in the bakery. You can try this white bread at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, comment and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 3 cups Maida
• 1 tsp Baking soda
• Salt to taste
• 1 1/2 cup Buttermilk
• 1 tsp Sugar
• Oil
• Butter

Method:
• Put a sieve on a bowl.
• Add maida, baking soda, salt and mix well.
• Sieve the mixture into the bowl.
• Add buttermilk and knead dough.
• Add sugar and knead well. Do not use water for kneading.
• You can make buttermilk from curd and use it. Or you can add 2 tsp vinegar or lemon juice in
milk and make buttermilk from it.
• Take oil and knead well until the dough doesn’t stick to your hand.
• Knead well until dough gets shining for about 5-10 minutes.
• Transfer the dough into a bowl and coat it with little oil.
• Cover and rest the dough for about 6-7 hours or overnight for fermentation.
• Take dough and knead to make ball.
• Grease the baking tray really good with lot of oil.
• Transfer the batter into the tray and spread evenly.
• Cover the tray with wet cotton cloth and rest it for about an hour.
• Preheat the kadhai on high heat for about 10 minutes.
• Place a stand at the base and place the bread tray on it.
• Heat up a pan really good and cover the kadhai with that hot pan.
• Bake the bread on medium heat for about 50 minutes.
• Remove the pan.
• Insert a toothpick in the bread. If it comes out clean it means the bread is baked well.
• Brush butter on the bread and take the tray out.
• Cover the tray with wet cloth for about 2-3 hours.
• Remove the cloth and loosen the edges with a knife.
• Flip over the bread into a dish.
• Cut the bread into pieces.
• White bread is all ready.
