Barfacha gola is all time favourite. Being summer holidays and hot sun outside, kids do ask for this. Let’s make this at home and enjoy. Here is barfacha gola

Ingredients:
• 10~12 Ice cubes
• Rose syrup
• Khus Syrup

Method:
• Take some ice cubes into a blender jar.
• Blend it to make ice crush.
• Take 2 small glasses and transfer the blended ice into it.
• Insert straw and pack ice tightly.
• Take the gola out of the glass and add rose syrup and khus syrup.
• Barfacha gola is already.

Tip:
• After blending the ice you need to be very quick as ice melts.
• You can use disposable paper cups instead of glasses.
