heat 1cup water warm
add 2 tbs apple cider vinegar ( with the mother) .
Mother word is for unfiltered pure one
add 1tsp honey (not in hot warm). It
should be little warm
NOTE: dont add honey in hot water .It
looses its nutrients in hot water
Drink using straw without touching your teeth ( enamel
of teeth may go off when it touches)

infuse for 2 mins

Vegetable besan dosa for dinner
instant dosa without fermentation
Add coriander, carrot 1, curry leaf, 1 green chilly, 1 onion,
1/2 tomato
add 2 cups of besan flour, salt
mix and add water till you get pouring consistency
Make dosa with little unrefined groundnut oil
cook both sides
Peanut chutni: add some coconut , groundnut
,redchilly,garlic,salt,tamarind
