Paneer Tikka in Tawa and OTG Method/Restaurant Style

Description :

You can do mushroom,tindora,onion,capsicum,potato,sweet potato, chicken tikkas in this method
The other veggies you combine in this tikkashould also be of same size
preheat OTG at 200 degreesfor 10mins
soak the wooden skewersin water for 30mins to prevent burn
200 DEGREES FOR 30Minsfor one side(time varies from oven to oven)
flip other side and bake for 10mins
INGREDIENTS FOR TIKKA
3Tsp CURD
SALT as needed
CHILLY POWDER 1TSP
TURMERIC 1/4TSP
ZEERA POWDER 1/2TSP
oil-3tbs(in tawa method)
