Here is how to cook palkova , palpeda/milkpeda, thirattupal/thirattipal, Each one has slight different consistency.
If you want grainy texture, u can add 1 tsp curd for it while making these items.
I didnt add curd since i want smooth texure
Ingredients
milk full cream-1 litre
sugar-150 to 200gms(according to your taste)
cardamom powder-pinch(optional)
ghee-1tsp
curd-1tsp(if u want grainy texture)
