INGREDIENTS OF MOMOS (Panner Momos with momo chutni (different shapes))
both maida and wheat momos
Maida 1 cup
salt as needed
200gms panner grated
2tbs butter
1 big onion
1/2inch ginger and 4 garlic crushed
1/4tsp turmeric
chilly powder/pepper powder 1/2tsp
garam masal 1/4tsp
you can use cabbage ,chicken minced instead of paneer
ingredients for momos chutni
3 tomatoes
7garlic
3 redchillies
1/2tsp sugar and salt
