spread unripe fruits on paper or cloth and close
With cloth for 2 days
lets see after 2 days
this is easy method to ripen fruits naturally
after 2 days,lets pick the ripe fruits to make dessert
Sapota itself says that it supports health
Many will avoid this fruit .Those people can try these

sapota milkshake( chikoo chocolate
Milkshake)
remove seeds and scoop the pulp
1cup sapota pulp
1 1/2cup milk
cocoa powder 1tbs
mix cocoa powder in milk and heat it few mins
and then let it cool
hot cocoa milk is ready.Let it cool down
2tbs powdered jaggery
grind sapota 1 cup first
add cocoa milk to sapota and add powdered
jaggery and grind it
You can add few ice cubes to serve chill
serve this chocolatey chikoo milkshake
many kids will not eat chikoo as such.So you can prepare
these yummy recipes and serve them.They will Love it
Sapota ice cream (Chikoo ice cream)
1cup sapota pulp
grind to paste
1cup milk
1tbs corn flour
3/4tbs cocoa powder
1tbs sugar
cocoa powder is optional
Add if you are chocolate lovers
add few drops of milk to corn flour and cocoa powder make
as lumpfree paste
add remaining milk in pan
add corn flour and cocoa paste to milk and mix well
let us cook this

after 4 to 5mins ,it gets thick like this
let it cool down
grind to sapota to paste
add cocoa paste which is cooked and cooled down
to sapota paste and grind along with it
transfer to air tight box and keep in freezer for 8 hours
you can add chopped nuts into this to make it rich
after 8 hours in freezer, chikoo ice cream is ready
chikoo kheer (sapota kheer payasam)
4 sapota
1/2litre milk
2tbs basmati rice
2tbs sugar
adding powdered jaggery will make milk curlded
cashews
1/2tsp ghee
roast rice well till nice aroma
rinse once and soak roasted rice it for 30mins
extract pulp of sapota
grind soaked rice as coarse paste
mash the chikoo pulp
boil the milk
boiled well
keep in sim for 10mins . Milk solids forms
mix and add ground rice paste
cook for 20mins till rice cooked well
rice cooked well.Add sugar
stir occasionally to prevent burn
off the stove .
totally 25mins cooking time for this recipe
add mashed sapota pulp after 10mins and mix well
LET IT SIT FOR 2MINS
serve it hot or chill
garnish with chopped nuts
