mustard,urad dhal- 1/2tsp
curry leaf-1 strand
chilly powder-1/2tsp
coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
salt-as required

lets see how to make lady’s finger poriyal in iron pan
select lady’s finger in medium size in which you
can twist the end tip.These wil be tasty ones
wash it and wipe it dry with towel.This
prevents stickiness while cooking
cut the ends and chop it by combining 4 to 5
before cooking in iron kadai. clean the kadai with some
salt fully.This takes off the oil which we coated after
previous cooking
clean in water
heat the kadai
add 2 tbs oil
add 1/2 tsp mustard
add 1/2 tsp urad dhal
add 1 big onion chopped
add curry leaves
add 1/4 tsp turmeric
add chopped lady’s finger
add 1tsp curd .This prevents stickiness in
lady’ s finger
keep in high flame and saute for a minute
close it after a minute in medium flame
after 3 mins , add 1/2 tsp chilly powder
add 1/2 tsp coriander powder
add required salt
after a minute, spread this and close
cook 5 mins by stirring occasionaly
transfer immedietly to serving bowl which
prevents black color in food from iron pan
Let it cool and add salt and wash.
Scrub with wooden spoon if it has tough stain
wash it
wipe off and heat the pan in sim
coat with oil after the pan is dry
wipe off the excess oil with tissue and place it.This way
you can maintain the iron kadai
