take cleaned chicken in bowl.Add 1tbs curd, 1tbs ginger
garlic paste
add required salt
this is 300gms chicken.Add 1/2tsp chilly powder
add 1/2 lemon juice
mix well and marinate it for 30mins
add 1tbs butter in pan
add 1 big onion roughly chopped
add 1tbs ginger garlic paste
add 3 tomatoes roughly chopped
add 7 cashews
add 1 cup water and let it cook soft
close it and stir occasionaly till it becomes soft
add 1tsp chilly powder.Kashmiri chilly
powder gives nice color to gravy
add 1tsp garam masala
cook till raw smell goes
after 5 mins raw smell went.Off the
stove.Let it cool and make smooth paste
add 1tbs butter
add marinated chicken and saute for a
minute till all water evaparates
cook in high flame .So that the water
evoporates.Transfer chicken to plate
add butter 1tbs in same pan
add 2 bay leaf,3 cloves,1cinnamon,1star anise,cardamom
add the ground paste
add crushed kasuri methi 1tsp
add chicken when it is boiling
add required salt at this stage
close and cook well till it becomes soft
after 7 to 10 mins it is cooked
this gravy is suitable for
roti,naan,chapathi

kasuri methi-1tsp
water,salt-as required

chilly powder-1 1/2tsp
