INGREDIENTS FOR tasty Tindora Chutney/ Andhra Dondakaya Chutney Recipe
2cups tindora chopped
1 to 2 inch sized tamarind is soaked in water
coriander seeds 2 tbs
redchillies 5
5tbs gingelly oil
2greenchillies
5garlic pods
some curry leaf
salt as needed
1tsp mustard seeds
1tsp urad dal
1tsp channa dal
1/4tsp zeera
1/4tsp hing
some curry leaf

it is very easy and instead of regular gravies ,you can prepare
this chutni for rice,idly,dosa
tindora has lot of health benefits in it
