1cup of chill thick curd
4 to 5 mint leaves
some coriander leaf
few pieces of green chilly
1 inch ginger
required salt
1/4tsp hing
zeera 1/2tsp
2 cups of mud pot chill water
INGREDIENTS FOR PANAGAM
1cup of jaggery
4cups of chill mudpot water
2 small lemon juice( or 1 big lemon)
ginger 1 inch piece crushed
pinch of salt
1/4tsp elachi powder
pinch of edible camphor(optional)
Tulsi(optional)
