Don’t throw these radish leaves
radish greens are very healthy
use the radish for sambar and cook this leaves
Radish greens are rich in vitamin C,Calcium,Protien
choose small radish for this greens
separate the leaves from radish
It flushes the toxins from body
Rich in fibre and good for constipation and piles
It is used as medicine for jaundice
It increases immunity
good for weight loss and prevents urinary and kidney
infection
discard thick stems and chop finely
crush and chop garlic finely
6 garlic pods
3 tbs oil
1tsp mustard and Urad Dal
1tsp channa dal
6 garlic chopped
1 onion and 3 redchillies
chopped radish greens
1/4tsp turmeric
2pinch pepper powder
saute well and cook it
this greens leaves more water and so dont add extra
water to cook it
add salt after the greens are cooked
it has mild bitterness
4tbs coconut shredded
