simple ingredients yet very tasty
no chilly or garam or coriander powders added in this recipe
recipe taste is from caramalised onions and roasted redchillies
in gingelly oil with crunchy coconut bites
serve this recipe hot immeditely after cooking and with
hot hot white rice
small onion and mushrooms are of equal quantity gives
nice taste
200grams small onions.Half onions in chopped finely
other half onions in used as whole which adds nice texture to dish
coconut 1/4cup
coconut is sliced thin of 1 1/2inch length
12 to 15 redchillies
deseed the redchillies after breaking it to reduce spice
1inch sized ginger pieces crushed
10garlic pods is also pounded along with it
ginger garlic paste is ready
200grams mushrooms is cleaned and chopped
sesame oil 5tbs
cook in iron kadai for nice taste
add redchillies in sim flame
few curry leaf
200grams small onions
salt as needed
coconut pieces 1/4cup
ginger garlic paste 1tbs
1/4tsp turmeric
pinch of pepper powder just to activate turmeric
mushroom 200grams
salt as needed
after 2-3 mins, mushroom leaves water
close and cook for 10mins till water is absorbed by dish
cook in sim flame to get combined well
roast for 2mins in high flame and serve hot
serve with hot rice
