Different Rasam Variety
Coconut milk Rasam
Coconut milk is very healthy
It has Good Cholesterol

Coconut Milk Rasam has heavenly Taste😋
2inch sized Tamarind
soaked in 1/2cup water
extract tamarind water from it
1tsp Zeera
1/2tsp Peppercorns
3 Garlic cloves
1 Greenchilly
3Curryleaf
grind coarsely
2tsp Oil
1/2tsp mustard,urad dal
1/4tsp fenugreek seeds
3Redchillies
few Curryleaf
ground paste
little water
2pinch hing
1 tomato
saute till it is soft and not mushy
1/4tsp turmeric
Salt
tomatoes turned soft
1/2cup tamarind extract
boil it
cook the rasam in sim flame only
1cup water
cook till raw smell goes
(10mins)
First coconut milk extract 1cup
keep in sim while adding coconut milk also
else it gets curdled in high flame
salt as needed
cook for 2mins till frothy
garnish with coriander leaf
serve with hot rice and spicy poriyal
I served with potato fry
