saiva eeral varuval and thokku
100% veg liver fry
healthy recipe too
green gram soaked overnight in water
soaked and drained greengram 1cup
add drained greengram to mixie
salt as needed
add little water and grind to fine paste
ground to fine paste
transfer to bowl
batter is like idly dosa batter consistency
be careful while adding salt to greengram
adding half salt is enough
grease idly plates with oil
pour greengram batter
this recipe served as hot will be
resembling like liver fry
place idly plates and steam for 15mins
after 15mins,let it cool down
remove idlies with spoon
chop these greengram idlies into small pieces
green gram is rich in vitamins,zinc,
magnesium,potassium
it is rich in antioxidants and improves immunity
rich in fibre and good for weight loss
rich in folic acid and good for healthy pregnancy
gingelly oil 4tbs
zeera 1/4tsp
fennel seed 1/4tsp
onion 1
greenchilly deseeded 1
saute onion and greenchilly
ginger garlic paste 1tbs
let raw smell go
chilly powder 1/4tsp
pepper powder 1/4tsp
turmeric 1/4tsp
garam masal 1/4tsp
salt
saute well in sim flame
Add chopped greengram idlies
(saiva eeral)
mix well in sim and close it
stir occasionally
pepper powder 1/2tsp
adjust pepper powder according to
your spice level
saiva eeral pepper fry ready
serve hot
next we can see sidedish for rice,idly
dosa,chapathi
saiva eeral thokku
soaked overnight and drained greengram 1cup
add drained greengram in mixie
ginger 1inch
garlic 5
coconut 2tbs
salt as needed
adding half salt is enough
fennel seeds 1/2tsp
grind once and then add little
water and grind to fine paste
grease idly plates
pour batter in plates
steam for 15mins
let it cool down
chilly powder 1tbs
garam masal 1tbs
turmeric 1/4tsp
salt as needed
mix well
add oil and make and fine paste
marinate those idlies with masala
i have used the same masala again one time
to marinate rest of the pieces
let it rest for 30mins
chop into small pieces
3 onions chopped
saute onions
3tomatoes
turmeric 1/4tsp
pepper powder 1/4tsp
tomatoes mashed
chopped pieces
little water
kulambu podi 2tsp
check salt
oil separated
serve hot with rice,dosa,idly,chapathi
