Ragi Kara adai
Ragi has calcium.It strengthens the bones
1cup ragi flour
1cup drumstick leaf
1 big onion finely chopped
you can use shallots instead of big onion too
1 greenchilly chopped (Avoid it if you prepare for kids)
few chopped curry leaf
salt as needed
ragi flour
drumstick leaf
onion
green chilli
curryleaf
salt
mix well before adding water
add little by little water and knead as dough
check salt .add if needed
like chapathi dough
banana leaf or butter paper
apply oil on it
make as small balls
heat the tawa side by side
flat the balls with fingers not so thick
you can even make holes at center to cook easily
this adai will be very yummy
peel off the leaf after placing in tawa
oil
close it and cook for 3 to 4 mins one side and flip it
flip it and cook another 3 to 4mins other side
cooked well .onions are golden brown
