Homemade Kurkure:
Ingredients:
Rice-100grms
moongdal/yellow lentils-20grms
Chickpeas-20grms
urad dal/ skinless black lentils-20grms
chanadal/split chickpeas-20grms
toor dal/split pigeon peas-20grms
peanuts-20grms
Water-8 cups
green peas-20grms
flattened rice-20grms
Oats-10 grms
cashews-20grms
raisins-20grms
tomato puree-1/2 cup
chilli powder-1tbsp
garam masala-1tbsp
Salt-1tbsp
black salt-1tbsp
turmeric-1tbsp
Wheatflour-1/4 cup
gram flour-1/4cup
Maida-1/4 cup
Starch-1 tbsp
Salt-1/2 tbsp
cumin powder-1/2 tbsp
chat masala-1/2 tbsp
amchur/dry mango powder-1/2 tbsp
Salt-1/2 tbsp
chillli powder-1/2 tbsp
Chatmasala-1/2 tbsp\

Process:

Soak rice,moongdal/yellow lentils,chickpeas,urad dal/ skinless black lentils,chanadal/split
chickpeas,toor dal/split pigeon peas,peanuts a day before in seperate bowls of water.
Take fresh green peas also.
In a pressure cooker add soaked rice, moongdal/yellow lentils,chickpeas,urad dal/ skinless black lentils,chanadal/split chickpeas,toor dal/split pigeon peas,peanuts,green peas,flattened rice,oats,cashews and raisins,tomato puree,chilli powder,garam masala,salt,black salt,turmeric….now add 8 cups of water to it and close the lid .cook this under pressure with 8 whistles.take out in a large bowl and add wheatflour,gram flour,maida,starch,salt,cumin powder,chat masala,amchur/dry mango powder,mix to fine batter.now take a seallock cover add batter to it and cut a slit at the corner.press this batter into hot frying oil in shape of longsticks .fry until they turn golden brown.
In a bowl take salt,chillli powder,chatmasala,dry mango/amchur mix properly and spread this powder on fried kurkure sticks.
