Hey, foodies today I am going to show you how to make black forest cake with tips to bake a perfect cake follow my video step by step and make your own cake for special occasions.
Black forest cake :
Ingredients:
For cake preparation:

Maida flour/all-purpose flour-1 1/2 cup

Eggs-5

Baking powder

Baking soda

Cocao powder-1/2 cup

Sugar- 1 cup

Vanilla essence-1 tbsp

Chocolate syrup-2 tbsp

For Icing syrup:

Sugar-1 cup

Water-200ml

Vanilla essence-1 tbsp

For icing:

Whipping powder-300 grms

Water-200ml

Cherries

Chocolate syrup

Grated chocolate

Process:

1. Take a bowl and a mesh strainer.add 1 1/2 cup of maida flour and sieve to a fine particles to avoid lumps, now add 1/2 cup of cocoa powder and again sieve, also add 1 tbsp of baking soda and 1 tbsp of baking powder.sieve all these together and mix evenly .keep this mixture aside.

2. Take two bowls and beat an egg in it, carefully take out the shell and separate the egg white and egg yolk as I have shown.repeat the process for 4 eggs again and save for later.

3. Take a big jar and add 5 egg whites, beat these egg white with an electric beater until stiff peaks appears. gradually add a cup of sugar and keep on beating.beat until stiff peaks appear. gradually add egg yolks one by one keep on beating.now add 1 tbsp of vanilla essence. beat the mixture .

4.now stop beating and gradually add flour mixture to it, mix with a spatula in cut and fold method.

5.Slowly mix the cake batter in the cut and fold method.mix evenly and pour in a cake mold covered with parchment paper.

6. In oven process:

7. Preheat the oven for 10 min at 180-degree centigrade and place the tin inside the oven for 30 min at 180-degree centigrade.

8. In cooker process:

9. Take a pan on a stove put some sand in the pan , place some stand for keeping the cake tin on it heat the pan on medium flame by covering with a lid.when it is heated up place the cake in inside and cover with a lid.

Sand provides even temperature to cook the cake from all sides.

10. Take out the cake from the oven and let it cool down and then cut the edges with a knife and invert the cake on a plate. remove the parchment paper. and cut to three slice of half an inch each

11. Place these aside

Syrup preparation:

12. Take a pan add one cup sugar on medium flame add some water to it and let it dissolve in the water add vanilla essence to it for flavour.cook the syrup until it becomes slightly thick in texture.

13.let it cool down. Now take out and keep aside in a bowl.

Icing preparation:

14. Take a chocolate and Take a bowl add 300 grams of whipping cream powder, add 200 ml of water and mix properly. chill this mixture for 15min in a freezer.

15.After 15 min take out and beat with an electric beater on maximum speed for 10 min .beat until a stiff peak appears. again chill this whipping cream for 15 min in a freezer.

16.grate it into fine particles.

Cake preparation:

17. Put some whipping cream on the cake table and place the first layer of cake on top of it apply evenly some sugar syrup on it.

18. Again put some whipping cream on the layer and place the second layer of the cake. apply sugar syrup and again apply whipping cream on it .now place the third layer of cake, apply the sugar syrup and then whipping cream .cover the cake all the side with whipping cream evenly. chill the cake for 20 min in a freezer.

19. Now take a decorative nozzle cover attach the star nozzle to it and put the cream in it. now decorate the cake with the cream as I have shown.

20. Apply some chocolate syrup on the top of the cake. a
Again decorate the cake with whipping cream.sprinkle some grated chocolate on the top.

21. Decorate with some cherries on the top.

22. Chill the cake for 2 hours in the freezer and then serve.
