Ingredients:
Eggs 4
Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese 1/2 Cup
Capsicum 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Onion 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Tomato 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Oregano 1/4 tsp (Optional)
Oil 2 tbsp
Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add eggs and Salt, Black Pepper Powder and whisk it well and then add Capsicum, Onion, Tomato and mix it.
Step 2: Now take a pan/tawa and add oil and heat it and then put all eggs batter and cook it on medium to low flame. When one side is cooked then turn it and spread Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese on it. When second side cooked then fold it. Now Slightly cook it until cheese melted. Your Cheese Omelette is ready. Serve it with Bread or Paratha.
