Ingredients:
• 15 ounces shortbread cookies,
about 60 cookies, crumbled
• 40 ounces lemon pie filling ( made with 2tsp Lemon Powder and 2tbsp Castor Sugar)
• 16 ounces whipped topping
METHOD:
1. Crumble 5 cookies into a glass then spread ¼ cup lemon pie filling on
top of the cookies, and then spread ¼ cup whipped topping on top of
that. Repeat this process two more times so that you have a total of 3 layers.
2. Now repeat step #1 in 3 more glasses so you have a total of 4 full glasses.
3. Top with a whole cookie and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
