Ingredients:

Black Carrots 1 Kg
Black Salt 2 tbsp
Black Mustard Seeds 4 tbsp
Water 4 Liters

Direction:

Step 1: First of all Peel the Black Carrots. and Cut into Finger Slices.

Step 2: Now take a grinder jar and add Black Mustard Seeds and Slightly grind it.

Step 3: Now take a Mud Vessel or Airtight Container and add Black Carrots, Black Salt, Black Mustard Seeds Powder, Water and mix it well and Cover it and Leave it in sunlight for 4 days. After that Your Black Carrots Kanji Drink is Ready.
