Ingredients:

Chicken Mince 500 gms
Onion 2 (Fried)
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds 1 tsp (Crushed)
Red Chilli Powder 1+1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Nutmeg & Mace Powder 1 tsp
Chickpeas Flour 1 tbsp
Coconut Powder 1 tsp
Poppy Seeds 1 tbsp
Oil as you required

Direction:

Step 1: Take a pan and add Coconut Powder, Chickpeas Flour, Poppy Seeds and roasted it with stir for 1 minute on high flame.

Step 2: Now take a chopper jar and add Chicken Mince, Fried Onion, Ginger Garlic Paste, Garam Masala Powder, Coriander Seeds, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Cumin Powder, Nutmeg & Mace Powder and add (From Step 1) Roasted things and chopped it well into chopper machine.

Step 3: Now take a kabab stick and wet it with water and then make balls of the mince and put into the stick and then pull it. After that take a pan and add 1/2 Cup oil and shallow fry it. Your Gola Kabab Recipe is Ready.
