Ingredients for Achari Chicken Biryani:

Rice 1/2 Kg (Boiled)
Chicken 1/2 kg
Tomatoes 3 (Chopped)
Yogurt 1 Cup
Garam Masala: 1 Green cardamom, 4 Cloves, 6 Black pepper, 1 Black cardamom, Star anise, Mace
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Onion 2 (Chopped)
Green Chilies 4
Yellow Color 1/4 tsp
Oil 1/2 Cup

Achari Masala Ingredients:

Black Mustard Seeds 1/4 tsp
Fenugreek 1/4 tsp
Nigella Seeds 1/4 tsp
Coriander 1 tbsp
Cumin 1 tbsp
Bayleaf 1

Direction/Method:

Step 1: First of all take a Grinder Jar and add Black Mustard Seeds 1/4 tsp, Fenugreek 1/4 tsp, Nigella Seeds 1/4 tsp, Coriander 1 tbsp, Cumin 1 tbsp, Bayleaf 1 and slightly grind it. Ready your Achari Masala for Achari Biryani.

Step 2: Now take a bowl and add Yogurt and add Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Salt and add Achari Masala (Prepared from Previous Step) and mix it well and marinated the Chicken with this and Cut the Green Chilies and Remove The Seeds and add into marinated Chicken and mix it well.

Step 3: Take a pot and add oil and add onion and fry it until light brown color after that add Garam masala (1 Green cardamom 4, Clove 6, Black pepper 1,Black cardamom, Star anise, Mace) and mix it and add Tomatoes and add some water and cover it and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame. After that open it and mix it and add marinated Chicken and cook further for 5 minutes on medium flame. After that open it and further cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame but without Cover (mix it continuously). After this add boiled rice and add yellow color (mix with some water) and now cover it and cook for 20 minutes on very low flame. After that mix it and Your Achari Biryani is Ready.

Ingredients for Afghani Biryani:

Chicken 1/2 Kg
Rice 250gm (Boiled)
Onion 2 (Chopped and Fried)
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Carrot 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Almond 8
Raisins 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1+1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil 1/4 Cup
Water as You Required
1 tbsp Oil for Tarka

Direction/Method for Afghani Biryani:

Take a pot and add 1/4 Cup oil and add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it and slightly fry it and then add Chicken and stir it on medium flame for 2 minutes or until it’s color changed.

After that add 1/4 Cup water and Cover with lid and Cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.

After that Open the lid and add salt, frid onion, Garam Masala Powder and stir it well and then add 1/2 Cup Water and stir it and Cover with lid and Cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.

After that open the lid and stir it and add Boild Rice and Cover with lid and cook for 15 minutes on very low flame.

Now take a pan and add 1 tbsp Oil and add Carrot and stir it and fry it for 2 minutes after that add Almond and Raisins and Stir it for 1 minutes. Your Afghani Tarka is Ready.

Now open the lid from Rice and mix it and Serve it with Sprinkle Afghani Tarka. your Afghani Biryani is Ready. Enjoy it.

Ingredients for Tikka Biryani:

Chicken 1 Kg
Vinegar 4 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Red Color 1/4 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Coal 1

Ingredients for Tikka Masala:

Yogurt 1 Cup
Onion 2 (Chopped)
Tomatoes 4 (Chopped)
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
Oil 1 Cup

Ingredients for Tikka Rice:

Rice 2 Cups (Soaked for 1 Hour)
Salt 3 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Garam Masala

Chicken Bombay Biryani Ingredients:

Boiled Rice 1 Kg
Chicken 1 Kg
Potatoes 2 (Fried)
Bombay Biryani Masala 2 tbsp
Garlic Ginger paste 2 tbsp
Green Paste (2 tbsp Green Coriander and 2 Green Chilies)
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Yellow Color 1 Pinch
Fried Onion 2
Yogurt 250 gms
Green Chili 4
Some Leaves Coriander and Mint
