3 steps में रबड़ी कुल्फी घर पर बनाये | Radbi Kulfi Recipe | Kesar Rabdi Kulfi

Being a foodie, I am sure you love the Kulfi very much. And, Rabdi Kulfi is undoubtedly India’s best sweet dessert. A rich frozen dessert that is made with full fat milk and flavored of cardamom & saffron.

For Rabdi kulfi we need
1 lt. full fat milk
Saffron
Chopped pista
Chopped cashew
Chopped almonds
Elachi leaves
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
Secret ingredient to thick Rabdi
60 gmSugar to taste
Black salt
Boil and reduce milk till it becomes half

PS.. I give tricks to use mould and unmold the kulfi
