राजस्थान के अलवर का मावा जिसे मिल्क केक या कलाकंद भी कहते हैं बहुत प्रसिद्ध है ये खाने में जितना स्वादिष्ट होता है बनाने में उतना आसान, बस थोड़ी हाथो की कसरत चाहिए ?

आज हम परंपरागत तरीके से बिल्कुल हलवाई स्टाइल में मिल्क केक या कलाकंद दूध से बनाएंगे घर पर।

रेसिपी के लिए सामाग्री

1-1/2 lt दूध गाढ़ा
1/4 चम्मच फिटकरी पाउडर
1 कप शक्कर 200 gm.
2 tbsp घी
सजावट के लिए
केसर 1 चिमटी पानी में घोल के
कटे हुए पिस्ता
चांदी का वर्क
