Potato 2 diced.
Brinjal 2
Carrot and beans – chopped around 1/2 cup
Capsicum – 2
Kasoori methi – 1 and 1/2 tbspn
Mustard seeds – 1/2tsp
Channa dal – 1/2tsp
Urad dal – 1/2tsp
Oil- 3tsp
Curry leaves 4 to 5
Salt as per taste

For Masala
Grated coconut – 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves – 2tbspn
Curry leaves – 8 to 10
Garlic cloves – 6 to 7
White sesame seeds – 3tbspn
Sambar powder – 1 and 1/2 tbspn
